| If you follow a diet then it is important to know the nutritional value of the food items that you eat. With KiloCalc you can easily find and add nutritional values of food items. KiloCalc connects to multiple internet food item databases. With a slider you can easily adjust the food weight and recalculate nutritional values. A clear 3D bar chart displays the nutritions of the food items. The aim of KiloCalc is to build and maintain a large, precise and complete nutritional database. The program KiloCalc does not contain any food items. The program uses databases on internet to find food items and to add new food items. Because of this everyone always has access to a large, precise and complete nutritional database. You can bookmark the food items that you find with KiloCalc and use these food items with SmartMedium FOOD. With KiloCalc you can change the weight of a food item and recalculate the nutritional values. If you want to add food items with KiloCalc to the database on internet you dont have to know the nutritional values per 100 grams, the program will calculate it for you. |

Do not copy, install, or use KILOCALC ("Product") provided under this license agreement ("Agreement"), until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions.
By copying, installing, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not copy, install, or use the Product.

EVALUATION LICENSE: You may use the Product at no cost for evaluation purposes only. During that period ("Evaluation Period"), the License Restrictions apply with the following additional restrictions: You may not redistribute any part of the Product, not even those parts listed as Redistributables below, with the sole exception of the Shareware Package, (i) may not reset, remove, or otherwise circumvent the Evaluation Period or other conditions of the Evaluation License. All other terms and conditions set out below also apply.
Shareware Package - Refers to a distribution of the Product as provided by Inob? and expressly designated as such. You may redistribute the Shareware Package subject to the following restrictions: You must distribute the Shareware Package in its entirety, may not copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the Product or any its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
REGISTERED LICENSE: You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the registered version of the Product. You may not copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the Product or any its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
The Product is protected with a personal serial number. This serial number, your name, computer characteristics (OS version, CPU model and speed) and the settings of the Product are sent to the Inob? internet server (http://www.inobe.nl). Inob? uses the collected information to prevent software abuse and to make sure that you use the latest version of the Product. When you don?t agree with our policy you must remove the Product from your computer and cease to use the Product. The serial number of the Product is a personal serial number. The serial number may not be used by other persons then the person who purchased the original serial number.
Key files of the Product may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.
Although Inob? has tried to make the Product accurate and reliable, people differ in their dietary needs, and nutrition is not an exact science. For these reasons, the Product or Inob? cannot be held liable for the results of any regimen created with the program. A person's diet should always take into account the advice of a physician.
Installing and using the Product signifies acceptance of this License Agreement. If you do not agree with this License Agreement you must remove the Product from your disc and cease to use the product.
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate the License Agreement at any time by destroying the Product. Inob? may, at its discretion, terminate this License Agreement in the event that you fail to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In such event, you must immediately destroy the Product.
This license agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Should any term of this agreement be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELECTING THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE. NEITHER INOBE, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE AND(OR) ANY KIND OF DATA DERIVED.
