KernelCAD .NET ActiveX Control is a part of the KernelCAD Software Suite, which allows integration of 3D modeling into any Windows application. Models can be created using supplied set of templates or other products of DInsight KernelCAD suite. The model can be displayed in solid or wire frame 3D, using KernelCAD NET Control.
The control can be easily added to dialogs, forms or resizable views with standard procedure for ActiveX controls using numerous Development Environments, including Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Basic. No programming is required for displaying a model in 3D. Simple, intuitive programming allows manipulation of geometry and rendering of the model at runtime using Interface Hierarchy.
Documentation provides comprehensive programming samples in managed and native environments.
KernelCAD .NET can enhance many software applications in numerous ways from replacing static 2D images with interactive 3D models as a User Interface element to creating technological process simulations or elements of custom CAD applications. |

By installing, copying, or otherwise using KernelCAD .NET ActiveX Control version 1.3, you agree to be bound by the terms of the following END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
If you do not agree to the terms of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, do not install or use KernelCAD .NET Control 1.3.
This DInsight End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DInsight for KernelCAD .NET Control 1.3, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and 'online' or electronic documentation.
DInsight grants you the non-exclusive license to use one copy of KernelCAD .NET Control 1.3 as long as you comply with the terms of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
KernelCAD .NET Control is owned by DInsight. KernelCAD .NET Control is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. KernelCAD .NET Control is licensed, not sold.
Therefore, you must treat this Software just like a book or any other copyrighted material (e.g., recordings or film). You may make archival copies of the Software. You may not distribute any portion of the Software or materials accompanying the Software.
No more than one person may use the Software at any one time. You may freely move the Software from one computer or location so long as there is no chance of the Software being used simultaneously at more than one location.
DInsight makes no warranty, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the Software or accompanying materials. The Software and accompanying materials are provided solely on an as-is basis.
In no event shall DInsight be liable to any special, collateral, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the purchase or use of the Software and accompanying materials.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. |
