| The top rated J and L Financial Planner is a financial planning software program that allows you to create simple or complex financial scenarios based on financial events through out your life. It makes your financial planning easy. You create the scenario based on your current financial status and future financial events. The J and L Financial Planner executes your scenario and displays the effects on your net worth through out a selected time span. Two of the main features of the program is the addition of a Monte Carlo Analysis, a Historical Return Analysis, and a Rule 72t calculator. The output is displayed in a text format that shows the yearly effects on up to 50 accounts, including investment, tax free, retirement, asset and equity accounts. The output may also be presented with bar, line and pie graphs. The program can create a scenario based on mortgage, loan, credit card debt, withdrawal, deposit, and transfer events. The program incorporates MRD(Minimum Required Distributions) as well as Revenue Code Section 529 ( College Investment Savings) into the scenarios. The program incorporates up to 5 separate budgets and the ability to track individual budget items. Each event has an option to be adjusted yearly for inflation or a separate yearly adjustment rate. There are many screen and printed reports. |

The J and L Financial Planner is not free software.
Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee of $99.95 is required. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to
J and L Software, 240 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
INSTALLING OR USING THE J and L Software Financial Planner INDICATES THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND COMPLY WITH ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT
USE THE SOFTWARE.

J and L Software hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software on one computer. Simultaneous use of the software by multiple users is not allowed. Use of the same software by other users, even if not simultaneous, is not allowed, unless you purchase a site license.
J and L Software retains all right, title and interest in the J and L Financial Planner. If you use the J and L Financial Planner you agree NOT to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent that applicable laws may prohibit such restriction.
This License will automatically terminate without further notice to you in the event that you are in breach of any material term of this License. Either party may terminate this License at any time upon written notice to the other party.

J and L Software DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE J and L Financial Planner, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
J and L Software RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT SUPPORT THE J and L Financial Planner OR ISSUE UPDATES TO THE J and L Financial Planner. The entire risk as to the quality and performance
of the J and L Financial Planner is borne by you. Should the J and L Financial Planner prove defective, you and not J and L Software assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
IN NO EVENT WILL J and L Software BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT J and L Software RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR A LICENSE TO THE J and L Financial Planner, EVEN IF J and L Software SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.
