The IPTextbox allows/restricts the end user when entering an IP address. IPTextbox can be configured to accept wildcard characters. IPTextbox also includes a Ping function that allows the currently entered IP address to be checked. |

THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSEE") AND APRIL16 WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of the IPTextbox OCX control, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil or criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
The iptextbox.ocx may only be distributed with the associated help file and readme file, unless you distribute the iptextbox.ocx as part of an application.
GRANT OF LICENCE - This control is free to use in any non-commercial application. If you wish to use this control as part of a commercial product you must pay royalties to the owner April16. The iptextbox.ocx software may not be used as part of any commercial application or project without paying the one off fee. The fee must be paid before you can supply the iptextbox.ocx as part of your commercial application or project royalty free. The one off royalty fee is due if the iptextbox.ocx is supplied as part of a suite of software that is charged for. The fee must be paid if the IPTextbox is used as part of an ActiveX. The one off fee entitles the Licencee to a non exclusive, world wide, perpetual licence to use the IPTextbox OCX, which may not be sub-licenced or assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of April16.
OWNERSHIP - The IPTextbox OCX source is owned by April16, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat IPTextbox like any other copyrighted material (i.e. a book or musical recording).
OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the IPTextbox OCX. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble IPTextbox OCX. The author will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the IPTextbox OCX, see the Disclaimer. Failure to observe these restrictions will result in the immediate termination of the licence.
It is assummed that you have read and fully understood this licence agreement if you install the IPTextbox.ocx software onto a computer. If you are unsure do not install this software. |
