| Description |
IP Locator (IPL) is designed to process lists that contain IP
addresses and Internet host names (e.g., web server log files). With
IPL you can find out what countries (and states for the USA) the hosts
in your list are located in. IPL also checks whether the host is a public
proxy server.
IPL gives you an opportunity to monitor geography of your site
visitors, etc.To obtain the data, IPL is using information of whois
servers (servers that store information about domain names), as well
as a special proxy server check procedure.You can save processed list
as a csv file, IPL project, or you can export the data into a MS Excel
table. |

The IP Locator is shareware. This means:
- All copyrights to IP Locator are exclusively owned by Tweak Marketing
Inc.
- Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
you wish to continue to use IP Locator, you MUST register.
- Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
use IP Locator on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal
purpose, at a time. The registered IP Locator software may not be
rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the
person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the
software is an update, the transfer must include the update and
all previous versions.
- The IP Locator unregistered shareware version may be freely
distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
IP Locator without written permission from the copyright holder.
- IP Locator IS DISTRIBUTED"AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
