HQuote Pro(The Downloader) is shareware. This means:
1. Anyone may use this software during a test(trial) period of 30 days for free. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use The Downloader, you MUST register. Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy.
2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use The Downloader on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. 8. If at any time Quote.com or Yahoo or any other free quotes source used in The Downloader stops to provide the data for free, HQuotes.com will not be liable for the program stops to work. In such case HQuotes.com will not refund your The Downloader purchase neither.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove The Downloader files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
