High Speed Verifier (HSV) is a high-speed software designed to check e-mail address for existence. HSV is capable of checking thousands of addresses per second. It can easily deal with mailing lists containing tens millions of addresses; moreover, it is with this list size that the program's highest performance can be achieved.
HSV detects about 20-30% of invalid addresses in a mailing list, though theoretically it is possible to detect up to 60-70% using a software product. This figure seems relatively small, but actually it might make 10% of a list. Besides, HSV provides for optimal checking mode in terms of time and data traffic. More thorough checking (with which the rest 40% of dead emails could be detected) takes 10 times longer and requires 5 times greater traffic for each
address, hence it's not that advisable with huge lists. |

High Speed Verifier: the License

The High Speed Verifier (HSV) is shareware. This means:
- Tweak Marketing Inc. exclusively owns all copyrights to HSV.
- Anyone may use this software during a test period of
30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less,
if you wish to continue to use HSV, you MUST register.
- Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive
license to use HSV on one computer (i.e. a single CPU),
for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered HSV
software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently
transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms
of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer
must include the update and all previous versions.
- The HSV unregistered shareware version may be freely
distributed, if the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution
of HSV without written permission from the copyright holder.
- HSV IS DISTRIBUTED"AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS
SOFTWARE.
- You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this license and may result in

- Installing and using HSV signifies acceptance of these terms
