Handy Finance is a money management and expense tracking software for Palm OS handhelds. It will help you to answer the most frequently asked questions, such as "How much money do I have?", "What incomes and expenses are planned?", "What have I spent my money on?" and many others.

Handy Finance
License for use and distribution
The Handy Finance is distributes as try-before-you-buy. This means:
1. All copyrights to Handy Finance are exclusively owned by the author
- Dmitry Briliuk.
2. Anyone may use this software during a test period using free
demo version.
If you wish to to use full version, you MUST register.
3. The user purchases ONE license to USE the Handy Finance
on ONE handheld device with ONE PalmDesktop user name.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
Handy Finance on one handheld device as defined by the licensing
terms below according to the license purchased, for any legal purpose.
The registered Handy Finance software may not be rented or leased, but may be
permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it
agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update,
the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The Handy Finance unregistered trial version may be freely distributed,
with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not
modified in any way.
a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package
without written permission of the copyright owner.
b. The Handy Finance unregistered trial version may not be distributed
inside of any other software package without written permission
of the copyright owner.
c. Hacks/cracks/pathes/loaders, keys or key generators
may not be included on the same distribution.
d. We would like a copy of the CD/magazine, when it is ready for
shipment. Please send to : Dmitry Briliuk, NASB IEC,

This is not an obligation but we like to keep records

Handy Finance Lite binary code or Handy Finance 2mb version
binary code may be used or reverse engineered to re-create the Handy Finance
algorithms, which is proprietary, without written
permission of the author.
Handy Finance keys may not be distributed, except as stated
in item 3) above, outside of the area of legal control of the
person or persons who purchased the original license, without
written permission of the copyright holder.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Dmitry Briliuk.
9. Installing and using Handy Finance signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.
10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Handy Finance files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
