IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This Beiley Software Fund Manager Software Disclaimer and License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Beiley Software for Beiley Software's Fund Manager computer software (the "Software"). By continuing to use the Software, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. EVALUATION PERIOD
The Software is provided at no charge to the user for an evaluation period. If you would like to continue using the Software after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license (register). A single user license allows the licensee to use the Software on any one computer at any one time. Site and world-wide license arrangements may be made by contacting Beiley Software.
2. DISTRIBUTION
