LICENSE AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement and warranty.

DEFINITIONS
The following definitions shall apply in this document:
"Fast EBook Compiler": this software package, property of Arch Ltd., used for creating EBooks.
"USER": A user who has paid the registration fee to Arch Ltd. for the use of Fast EBook Compiler on a particular computer.
"READER": a person using ready EBooks.
DISTRIBUTION
1. Fast EBook Compiler may not be freely distributed in any form without the permission of Arch Ltd.
2. A single copy of Fast EBook Compiler may be installed on one computer only.
3. Fast EBook Compiler Registration Keys may only be generated and distributed by Arch Ltd.
4. No component part of Fast EBook Compiler may be distributed individually, disassembled, copied, reverse engineered, or altered in any form.
5. EBooks created using Fast EBook Compiler consist of both software and content portions. The software remains copyright of Arch Ltd. - USERs may distribute EBooks free of charge. "DIRECT" USE ONLY
1. USER may not offer services to any third party, where the USER creates or compiles EBooks for the third party either for free or in return for any form of consideration.
REGISTRATION
1. USERs are required to register. Users who wish to register are required to pay a registration fee to Arch Ltd., and upon payment of the fee, they become registered USERs. The exact amount of the fee is subject to change. In the event of payment being refused, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back, the registration shall not be considered valid, and the user shall remain an unregistered user. Registered USERs will be given a Registration Key. Such Registration Keys are for use on a single computer system by a single person, and they may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to third parties.
NO LIABILITY, NO WARRANTIES
1. In no event will Arch Ltd. be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of Fast EBook Compiler, or EBooks created by Fast EBook Compiler, even if Arch Ltd. is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. Fast EBook Compiler and the accompanying files are provided "as is" and without warranties as to performance of, merchantability, or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. The USER assumes the entire risk of using Fast EBook Compiler and distributing any EBooks created using Fast EBook Compiler.
3. In all cases, READERs are the USER's customers, and are not customers of Arch Ltd.
NO REFUND
No refund on Fast EBook Compiler can be issued.
PRODUCT SUPPORT
No formal product support is provided, but USERs are encouraged to send questions, comments, or suggestions to Arch Ltd. by e-mail or by writing.
COMMENT
Any comments or materials sent to Arch Ltd. regarding Arch Ltd's web sites, Fast EBook Compiler, or any of Arch Ltd's products or services may be used by Arch Ltd. without liability and without compensation or attribution to the sender. Arch Ltd. may reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works, and distribute such content or materials to others without limitation.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
1. Information on Arch Ltd's web sites, in Fast EBook Compiler, or in EBooks created using Fast EBook Compiler may contain links or references to other sites. Other sites may contain links or references to Arch Ltd's web sites, products, or services. UNSOLICITED E-MAIL AND MESSAGING
1. USER agrees not to use any form of unsolicited e-mail or unsolicited messaging to promote EBooks created using Fast EBook Compiler or web/FTP sites containing/linking to such EBooks.
2. USER agrees not to make any reference to Fast EBook Compiler, Arch Ltd., or any of Arch Ltd's products or services, in any form of unsolicited e-mail or unsolicited messaging.
INTERNET NEWSGROUPS (USENET)
1. USER agrees not to use inappropriate, or off-topic, postings to the Internet newsgroups (Usenet) to promote EBooks created using Fast EBook Compiler or web/FTP sites containing/linking to such EBooks.
2. USER agrees not to make any reference to Fast EBook Compiler, Arch Ltd., or any of Arch Ltd's product or services in any form of unsolicited e-mail or unsolicited messaging.
3. A Usenet news article shall be considered inappropriate if it does not fully comply with the written charter/FAQ of the newsgroup to which it is posted. The USER is responsible for determining the rules of a newsgroup before posting to it.
4. Established Usenet conventions ("Netiquette") prohibit advertising in most Usenet newsgroups. USER may post advertisements only in those newsgroups that specifically permit them in the charter or FAQ. Some newsgroups may permit "classified ads" for single transactions between private individuals, but not commercial advertisements. USER is responsible for determining whether or not a newsgroup permits advertisements before posting. |
