the software) as your desktop wallpaper or as a screensaver. New videos are available at
the ExterPassive.com web site. Each package includes software and video files. The
software is free, and the video free for evaluation.
ExterPassive has started a revolution in PC desktop wallpaper. First, there were photos
and images. Then, the age of of the animated desktop arrived. The software you are about
to use is revolutionary. You can have a desktop with a room window to alpine meadows. Or
a wheat field. Or magnificent clouds. High mountains. Wild flowers. Ocean coast.

The natural origination of the videos is very important. No designer or computer artist

LICENSE AGREEMENT
Exterpassive End User License Agreement
This license covers usage and distribution of Exterpassive Video Wallpaper
&
Screensaver Package (including Video Wallpaper and Screensaver software and Video content) obtained either on CD or by means of downloadable zip delivery.
This license agreement supercedes any previous agreement between Exterpassive and you (the end user) either oral, written, hardcopy or electronic.
By installing Exterpassive Video Wallpaper
&
Screensaver Package you signify acceptance of all terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not accept any of the terms or conditions of this License Agreement you should cease using this software and video content provided along with it and remove Exterpassive Video Wallpaper
&
Screensaver Package from your storage devices.
Exterpassive reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights under this License Agreement or applicable law, to terminate the license granted in this License Agreement at any time without notice to the End User if he fails to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this License Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to End User in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Exterpassive (?Exterpassive?) grants to you
(?End User?) a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to: install and use freeware versions of Exterpassive Video Wallpaper
&
Screensaver (?Software?) and video materials (?Video content?) under the following conditions:
1.1 SOFTWARE: All Software included in distribution package is distributed free of charge.
1.2 VIDEO CONTENT: Video content can be distributed only by Exterpassive or its authorized representatives. End User cannot edit, modify or alter VIDEO CONTENT in any other way. End User cannot copy, lend, lease, sell or distribute VIDEO CONTENT in any other way without prior written permission by Exterpassive. Software accompanying VIDEO CONTENT can be distributed freely as stated in paragraph 1.1 of this License Agreement.
Important notice: please make sure you have the appropriate right to distribute video content under statement 1.2 of this License Agreement. Distributing VIDEO CONTENT without prior written permission by Exterpassive may lead you to legal problems, resulting in cancellation of this License Agreement and or legal prosecution as stated in paragraph 2 of this License Agreement.
2. COPYRIGHT
All rights (including but not limited to intellectual rights) to the Software and Video content are owned by Exterpassive. The Software and Video Content are protected by Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You cannot modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. Video content is subject of Copyright Law and cannot be modified, edited or altered in any other way.

3. WARRANTIES
No Warranty. The Software AND Video content is being delivered to you AS IS and Exterpassive makes NO WARRANTY as to its use or performance. Exterpassive DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. Exterpassive MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL Exterpassive BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR SAVINGS OR MENTAL DISORDERS) EVEN IF AN Exterpassive REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
