End-User License Agreement for Use

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
Be Sure To Carefully Read And Understand All The
Rights And Restrictions Described In This End-User
license Agreement ("Agreement")
The author forbids, under any circumstances, the
unauthorized reproduction of the Software or use of
illegally obtained Software. Making illegal copies of
the Software is prohibited. Individuals who violate
copyright law and Software licensing agreements may be
subject to criminal or civil action by the owner of
the copyright.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
Software on one Web-site, for any legal purpose.
2. RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
This Agreement does not convey title or ownership
to you but instead gives you only the limited
rights set forth in this Agreement.
Pursuant to this Agreement, you may:
1) use the Software on one Web-site only;
2) modify the Software and/or merge it into another
program on one Web-site only (for version of
software with source code);
Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement,
you have no right to use, make, sublicense, modify,
transfer or copy either the original or any copies
of the Software or to permit anyone else to do so.
You may not allow any third party to use or have

simultaneous use on multiple machines.
You may not remove, disable, modify, or tamper with
any copyright, trademark or other proprietary

ONLY 30 DAYS after installation and
ONLY FOR TESTING features of software.
Following this period, if you wish to continue
to use Software, you MUST order full version.
Otherwise you must stop using this Software
and remove all files and copies of product
from your storage devices.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT
YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER
KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
4. TERM
Installing and using this Software signifies
acceptance of all terms and conditions of the
license.
The license is effective until terminated. You may
terminate it at any other time by deleting the
Software together with all copies, modifications
and merged portions in any form.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license
you must remove all files, copies, modifications
and merged portions of Software in any form from
your storage devices and stop using of the Software.
