A binary copy of OGG/Vorbis library is included in this SOFTWARE. OGG/Vorbis library is licensed by Xiph.Org Foundation.
A binary copy of LAME mp3 library is included in this SOFTWARE. LAME mp3 library is licensed by www.mp3deb.org.
8. LIMITED WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD ?AS IS? AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. COMPUTER APPLICATION STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCURRED BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. |
