Please read the follwing license agreement carefully before you install this software. You accept the followng license agreement by copying, installing or using the software. Thereby a legitimate contract between you and the producer of the concerning software will be accomplished. If you do not accept this license agreement you may not use or copy this software. In this case you have to destroy your copy of the software or return it to the producer.

The programm Dreamity will be called software in the following license agreement. This software is protected by national and international copyright law. The software is licensed not sold. With the acceptance of these license condtitions the follwing rights will be granted to you:
As a unregistered user you may...
- install it on any computer
- test the program as long as you like
- to make copies of the software for backup
As a unregistered user you may NOT...
- distribute your created screensavers
- distribute your created screensaver projects
As a registered user you have the right...
- to install the software on one single computer
- to make copies of the software for backup
If you are a private person and a registered user and do use the software non-commercially you have the right...
- to install the software on any computer system you own in your household
- to install and use the software on any notebook you own
- to allow family members (husband, wife, life partner, your childdren) to use the software on their computers as long as the live together with you in one house or appartment
This is a special family-friendly license clause of Mephzara - Andreas Kardin to allow a reasonable and legal usage of software.
You may not...
- copy parts of the software
- lend or rent the software or to grant sublicenses to a third party
- reverse engineer or alter the software in any way
- copy, alter or translate the source code or parts of the source code or create derivated products
Regardless of other rights the producer of the software is allowed to annulate this license agreement in case of a violation of one or more of its conditions. In this case you are obligated to destroy all copies of the software or to send them back to the producer.
2. NON-WARRANTY
A responsible handling of data processing programs requires a thorough test of the program with uncritical data before the program is used for its actual purpose.
Therefore the user of the program carrries all risks on his own. Mephzara - Andreas Kardin takes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage caused by the correct or incorrect usage of the program even if some of the here defined legal means do not fulfill their intended purpose and even if Mephzara - Andreas Kardin is informed about the possibility of such damage. Mephzara - Andreas Kardin is also not responsible for damage of lost earnings or lost data.
If the law of certain states does not allow restricted-warranty or non-warranty clauses, the warranty of the producer is limited to the purchase price of this software.
The responsibility for the content and the figuration of generated screensavers lies exclusively with the authors. Mephzara - Andreas Kardin is not liable for the content and the figuration of screensavers created with this software.
3. GENERAL
This license can only be changed or extended by an additional license agreement delivered with this one or by a written document signed by both parties you and Mephzara - Andreas Kardin
If one or more clauses of this license agreement are not valid or incomplete then this has no influence on the validity of the rest of this license agreement.
