doQuments is a Windows based document management application designed to make it extremely easy to create a centralized, searchable database of your paper and electronic documents.
Scan paper documents using a scanner or drag and drop electronic documents from Windows explorer to quickly build your database. Store any amount of additional indexing information with each document. This information can later be used to quickly find or group documents based on any criteria you provide.
doQuments features powerful tools which enable you to quickly add a large number of documents to the database. doQuments features multi-user support and display of over 50 different file formats. doQuments is TWAIN compliant, meaning that you can scan your documents directly into the application from any TWAIN compliant scanner. Scanners with an ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) attachment are fully supported. Due to it's unique design doQuments can easily handle double-sided even multi-page documents. You can create multi-page TIFF files by scanning in your multi-page paper documents or by combining your existing image files. Batch addition tools also let you find documents matching a criteria and add them to the database.
The easy to use search and query tools makes finding and grouping documents a breeze. Reusable parameterized queries mean that your documents are just a click away.
You can sort documents using the data stored along with them. The doQuments Thumbnail Viewer, lets you view the documents as re-sizable thumbnails, providing an easy way to visually locate documents. Documents can be emailed with a single click!
doQuments databases can be MS Access based or MS SQL Server based. It's powerful security features enable you to control access to documents on a per user basis.
doQuments is available in three editions: Standard, Professional and Enterprise. Features of all the three editions are included in the evaluation version. |

This"Software Distribution Agreement"applies to the evaluation
version of"doQuments".
1."doQuments"(hereinafter called"THIS SOFTWARE") is not
free software.
2.You may, without making any payment to ITAZ:
a)Distribute evaluation version of THIS SOFTWARE freely
on online services, bulletin boards or any other electronic
media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety
along with the copy of this license agreement and all the
copyright and proprietary notices.
b)Give exact copies of the evaluation version of
THIS SOFTWARE personally to anyone, except for the purpose
of extending their 30 day evaluation period.
c)Make as many exact copies of the evaluation version of
THIS SOFTWARE as you wish, for the purposes of distribution
as described in (a) and (b) above.
3.YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING, OR
REQUESTING DONATIONS TOWARDS THE COST OF THIS SOFTWARE.
ITAZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THE ABOVE DISTRIBUTION
RIGHTS AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY OR NO REASON.
4.This Agreement will be governed by the Law of India
and subject to Mumbai (Bombay) jurisdiction. |

SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This"software license agreement"applies to the
standard-licensed version of"doQuments".
If you have an evaluation version of"doQuments", see the
section below titled"doQuments Evaluation License".
SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1.This Software license agreement for grant of Non-
exclusive License for use of the Software called"doQuments"is a legal agreement between you, the
LICENSEE also known as the end-user
(hereinafter called"LICENSEE") and ITAZ.
2.By using THIS SOFTWARE or storing this programme"doQuments"(hereinafter called"THIS SOFTWARE") on
a Computer hard drive (or other media), LICENSEE will
be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
3.THIS SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. THIS SOFTWARE
is licensed, and not sold.
4.ITAZ grants to the LICENSEE non-exclusive, personal
license to use THIS SOFTWARE in the manner provided
below and on following conditions: -
a)Load THIS SOFTWARE into and use it on a single
computer.
b)The LICENSEE shall not use the Software on a
network server for the purpose of distribution to one
or more other computer(s) on that network or to
effect such distribution.
c)LICENSEE shall not alter, modify, change, adapt,
merge, translate THIS SOFTWARE in any way including
changing and removing any messages or windows.
d)LICENSEE shall not de-compile, reverse engineer,
disassemble or otherwise reduce THIS SOFTWARE to
human perceivable form.
e)LICENSEE shall not rent, re-sale, license, lease, loan
or transfer, alienate THIS SOFTWARE in any manner for
profit or otherwise.
f)LICENSEE shall not create derivative work based on
THIS SOFTWARE.
g)LICENSEE shall not publicise or distribute any
registration code, algorithms, information and
registration key used by THIS SOFTWARE without the
written permission of ITAZ.
h)THIS SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product and
neither the software programmes making up THIS SOFTWARE
nor any UPDATE shall be separated for use.
i)ITAZ has and reserves all the rights in THIS SOFTWARE
including title, copyright and all the intellectual
property rights. All title and copyrights in and to
this Software (including but not limited to any images,
photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text,
help files and"applets"incorporated into THIS
SOFTWARE), the accompanying printed materials, and
any copies of THIS SOFTWARE are owned by ITAZ. THIS
SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. The LICENSEE must
treat the THIS SOFTWARE like any other
copyrighted material except that LICENSEE may make
one copy of THIS SOFTWARE solely for backup purely
as temporary protection.
LICENSEE may not copy the printed materials
accompanying THIS SOFTWARE.
j)THIS SOFTWARE and any related documentation is
provided"As is"to LICENSEE. ITAZ does not warrant
that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free
or that the defects or the deficiencies in the
Software will be corrected. All express or implied
conditions, representations, conditions,
undertakings, terms, obligations and warranties
implied by the statute, law, usage, course of dealing
or otherwise including any implied warranty or
merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a
particular purpose, or non-infringement, are
disclaimed by ITAZ, except to the extent that such
disclaimers are held to be legally invalid. The entire
risk arising out of use or performance of this
Software remains with LICENSEE.
k)The LICENSEE can terminate this EULA by destroying
all copies of THIS SOFTWARE and stop using THIS SOFTWARE
Without prejudice to any other rights, ITAZ may terminate
this EULA if the LICENSEE fails to comply with the terms
and conditions of this EULA. In such event, LICENSEE must
destroy all copies of THIS SOFTWARE and stop using THIS
SOFTWARE.
l)ITAZ shall not be liable for any liabilities or damages
including special, direct, indirect or consequential
damages, loss of profits, business interruption, loss
of business information, or any other pecuniary loss
whatsoever arising out of use or inability to use THIS
SOFTWARE. Because some states / jurisdictions do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for
consequential or incidental damages, the above
limitation may not apply to LICENSEE. In this case
ITAZ will only be liable for the amount of money
actually paid by the LICENSEE for THIS SOFTWARE.
m)This Agreement will be governed by the Law of India
and subject to Mumbai (Bombay) jurisdiction.

MULTIPLE USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The MULTIPLE USER LICENSE AGREEMENT is same as the
SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA) as above except
clause 4(a) of the EULA which will be read as under.
The rest of the terms and conditions of the EULA
will remain same.
CLAUSE 4(a) will be:
load THIS SOFTWARE into and use it on"n"number of computers;
where"n"is equal to the number of licenses paid for.

version of"doQuments". If you do not have an evaluation

doQuments"EVALUATION LICENSE
1."doQuments"(hereinafter called"THIS SOFTWARE") is not
free software. Subject to the terms below, you
(the LICENSEE) are hereby licensed by ITAZ to use THIS SOFTWARE
only for evaluation purposes without charge for
a period of 30 days.
2.If you use THIS SOFTWARE after the period of 30 days
then you need to register with ITAZ by paying registration
fees as per the user license. For more information on
registration charges see the ITAZ site at www.itaz.com.
3.Unregistered use of"doQuments"after the 30-day evaluation
period is in violation of the terms and conditions of the
license agreement, copyright laws and international treaty
provisions.
4.You may, without making any payment to ITAZ:
a)Distribute evaluation version of THIS SOFTWARE freely
on online services, bulletin boards or any other electronic
media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety
along with the copy of this license agreement and all the
copyright and proprietary notices.
b)Give exact copies of the evaluation version of
