LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

This license agreement is covering all existing versions of CubeForum and all applications included in the CubeForum, hereinafter referred as "CubeForum".
All rights which are not specified in this agreement are reserved by CubeReality. All copyrights are exclusively owned to the author ? hereafter called as "CubeReality".
CubeForum is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. CubeReality is not to be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
This license is to grant you with the right to install and run one or multiple instances of CubeForum applications for both private and commercial using.
You can not modify, change, repackage, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the licensed program, its packages, or any subset of the licensed program unless otherwise specified. Any unauthorized use is to result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
However you may change content of files that have "*.html", "*.htm" or "*.txt" extensions that are based in the "cubetemplates" directory. CubeReality is not responsible of the results of your changes. All the way you must not remove from files with "*.html" or "*.htm" extensions links to http://www.cubereality.com if such exist.
This edition of CubeForum is a 14 (fourteen) days trial version. In case this software satisfies your requirements, you are encouraged to purchase it by the end of or within 14 (fourteen) days of evaluation in order to obtain a licence-key. You can not use CubeForum after the trial period ends without a licence-key provided by CubeReality.
The licence-key can ONLY be used by the person (or company) that has purchased it. It is to be used ONLY for one installed copy of CubeForum. Each installed copy of CubeForum requires separate purchased licence-key.
A licence-key can be provided, distributed and/or copied ONLY by CubeReality and is not to be transferred to the third part in any way. A licence-key that was subject to such unauthorized use becomes invalid.
CubeForum without licence-key can be freely distributed and/or copied in any possible way without any possible restrictions unless otherwise specified. A profit and non-profit distribution are allowed and encouraged.
Installing and/or using CubeForum signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
If any terms are violated, CubeReality reserves the right to revoke the license at any time. No refunds will be granted for revoked licenses.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with laws of your country, you must remove all CubeForum files from your storage devices and stop to use the product.
CubeReality reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
