| CryptoForge is encryption software for personal and professional security. It allows you to protect the privacy of your sensitive files and messages by encrypting them with up to four strong cryptographic algorithms. Once the information has been encrypted, it can be stored on insecure media or transmitted on an insecure network (like the Internet), and still remain secret. Later, the information can be decrypted into its original form. CryptoForge integrates the strongest cryptography available today into the Windows environment. The file encryption module enables you to encrypt, decrypt, and wipe -with the built-in file shredder- files of any type, as well as entire folders and drives, from within Windows Explorer or My Computer with right-click ease. The text encryption module includes a secure text editor allows you to create, encrypt, and decrypt documents in a way that they can be sent by any email, messenger, or chat program. You can also use the built-in SMTP client. CryptoForge provides four encryption algorithms: 448-bit Blowfish, 256-bit Rijndael (AES), 168-bit Triple DES, and 256-bit Gost. It also includes powerful compression to strengthen cryptographic security even more. The command line interface allows quick integration into automated processes and scripts, and lets you perform tasks in both interactive and non-interactive server running modes. Additional features include multiple encryption, filename encryption, cipher speed meter, password cache with timeout, and compression level control. |

For so long as the Software Product is the most current version
distributed by Ranquel Technologies, you may give exact copies of
the evaluation Software Product to anyone. You may not charge
any fee for the copy or use of the evaluation Software Product
itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the
Software Product itself. Your distribution of the evaluation Software
Product will not entitle you to any compensation from Ranquel
Technologies. You must distribute a copy of the license with any
copy of the Software Product and anyone to whom you distribute
the Software Product is subject to this license. |

IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA")
is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Ranquel Technologies, for the Ranquel Technologies
software product CryptoForge, which may include associated media,
printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and
registration keys ("Software Product"). By installing, copying, or
otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do
not install or use the Software Product. If the Software Product was
purchased by you, you may return it to your place of purchase, within
thirty (30) days after purchase, for a refund.
The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold. You may use the
Software Product only as described in this license.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
Evaluation Copy. If you acquired the Software Product on an
evaluation or trial basis, you may use the Software Product without
charge for thirty (30) days from the day that you install the Software
Product. You must pay the license fee and register your copy to
continue to use the Software Product after the thirty (30) day
evaluation period. To pay the license fee and register your copy, you
should visit www.cryptoforge.com. For so long as the Software Product
is the most current version distributed by Ranquel Technologies, you
may give exact copies of the evaluation Software Product to anyone.
You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the evaluation
Software Product itself. You must not represent in any way that you
are selling the Software Product itself. Your distribution of the
evaluation Software Product will not entitle you to any compensation
from Ranquel Technologies. You must distribute a copy of this license
with any copy of the Software Product and anyone to whom you
distribute the Software Product is subject to this license. You may
not remove any copyright, trademark or reservation of rights language
displayed on, in or with the Software Product.
Registered Copy. When you purchase a license, you will be provided
with a registration key. You must enable the registered license for
the Software Product by entering the registration key as prompted by
the Software Product. You may use the registered Software Product on
that number of computers for which you have purchased a separate
license as indicated on the invoice or sales receipt. If the Software
Product is installed on a network server or other storage device, you
must purchase a license for each separate computer on which the
Software Product is used. A license for the Software Product may not
be shared by alternating use of the Software Product between different
computers. The primary user of a computer for which a license has been
purchased may make and use one copy of the Software Product on his or
her portable computer. You may also make one copy of the Software
Product for back-up or archival purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy
the Software Product in whole or in part. You may not transfer your
rights under this license.
2. RESTRICTIONS.
You may not reduce the Software Product to human readable form,
reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, merge, adapt, or modify the
Software Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is
expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software Product. You may not use
the Software Product to perform any unauthorized transfer of
information, such as copying or transferring a file in violation of a
copyright, or for any illegal purpose.
3. SUPPORT SERVICES.
Ranquel Technologies may provide you with support services related to
the Software Product. Use of support services is governed by the
user's manual, online documentation, and other Ranquel Technologies
materials, as they may be modified from time to time. Ranquel
Technologies may use any information you provide as part of obtaining
support services for its business purposes, including product support
and development.
4. TERMINATION.
This license terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and
conditions. If your license terminates, you must destroy all copies of
the Software Product. The termination of this license does not limit
Ranquel Technologies's other rights it may have by law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
You acknowledge that you have only the limited, non-exclusive right to
use and copy the Software Product as expressly stated in this license
and that Ranquel Technologies retains title to the Software Product
and all other rights not expressly granted. You agree not to remove or
modify any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary notices
that appear, on, in, or with, the Software Product. The Software
Product is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws, as well
as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
6. NO WARRANTIES.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software Product and
any support services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or noninfringement. Computer programs are inherently complex,
and the Software Product may not be free of errors. The Software
Product is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to
satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Ranquel Technologies is not liable to you for any consequential,
special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of
the delivery, performance, or use of the Software Product, even if
Ranquel Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, Ranquel
Technologies's liability for any claim related to your purchase of a
license for or use of the Software Product, whether in contract, tort,
or any other theory of liability will not exceed the license fee paid
by you.
8. MISCELLANEOUS.
This license is governed by the laws of Argentina. This license
constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between us,
notwithstanding any provision in any purchase order or other written
document, except for our statement of the number of separate license
fees for which you have paid as described in Section 1, above. This
license may only be modified by a written document signed by Ranquel
Technologies. If any provision of this license is held to be
unenforceable, the remainder of the license shall not be affected, and
the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the extent necessary
to make the provision enforceable. Should you have any questions
