Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN is distributed"AS IS"and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN and for results obtained.
Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc. makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN software and, with respect thereto, Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc. shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Any other use of these image files is possible only by written permission of the owner, Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.
The terms of this license, as well as the Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN features and interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN.
Installing and/or using Cresotech PHOTOSCREEN signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
