LICENSE: Coffeecup Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may copy the software and materials associated with this agreement ("Materials") for your personal or commercial use and for shareware distribution. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the Materials.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Title to the Materials and all copies thereof remains with COFFEECUP SOFTWARE or its suppliers. The Materials are copyrighted and are protected by United States laws and international treaty provisions. You will not remove the copyright notice from the Materials. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials. Except as expressly provided herein, Coffeecup Software does not grant any express or implied right to you under Coffeecup Software copyrights, trademarks.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
APPLICABLE LAWS: Any claim arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You may not export the Materials in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
