Description

This programmer's text editor is customizable for any language. It is an IDE for building applications on the Win32 platform. Supported features include auto-complete with pop-up lists, auto-correct, bookmarks, customizable shortcuts, incremental searches, and unlimited un-dos and re-dos.
This program supports scripting with VBScript, JScript and PerlScript. You can create custom forms and execute scripts on certain events. The tools are configurable, including an as-you-type spell checker. You can export documents to HTML, RTF and TEX formats.
The program auto-detects line-break styles and converts them between different code pages, including KOI8-R, ISO 8859, DOS and Mac. You can print and print-preview with color syntax highlighting, and the program offers support for project files, drag-and-drop, and reading and writing Delphi binary files.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Alcaland Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
License conditions
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright agreements, as well as other intellectual property laws and agreements. No part of the software or the manual may be multiplied, disseminated or processed in any way without the written consent of Alcaland Software. Violations of these conditions will be prosecuted in every case.
Alcaland Software grants a license to evaluate Code Edit Studio for the 30 days after you first install it. If you like Code Edit Studio you have to purchase it after the evaluation period is over.
When you purchase Code Edit Studio, the "Activation Code" is being issued to you. This "Activation Code" can only be used by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with the other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the ?Activation Code? shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA.
The single ?Activation Code? represents a right to install, copy, access, display, run or otherwise use one copy of Code Edit Studio on a single computer past the evaluation period. The rights to use Code Edit Studio past the evaluation period granted under this EULA are voided unless you activate (register) Code Edit Studio in the manner described on our web-site. You may also need to reactivate Code Edit Studio if you modify your computer hardware. We reserve the right to implement the technological measures in the Code Edit Studio to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
CODE EDIT STUDIO IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE CODE EDIT STUDIO AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALCALAND SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS BEING LICENSED AND NOT SOLD.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
GRANT OF LICENSE. This LICENSE AGREEMENT grants you the following simple non-exclusive rights:
Applications Software
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any prior version on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use.
Storage/Network Use
You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Separation of Components
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Rental
You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Software Transfer
You may not transfer the rights of this end-user LICENSE AGREEMENT.
Data Transmission
You may not transmit the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or parts of it, without the prior permission of Alcaland Software.
Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights (civil or criminal), Alcaland Software may terminate this LICENSE AGREEMENT if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its components.
Upgrades
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly licensed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT identified by Alcaland Software as being eligible for the upgrade in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the product that forms the basis for your eligibility for the upgrade. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Alcaland Software. All copyrights to Code Edit Studio are exclusively owned by the author ? Ilya Kozlov.
