CNSearch is a search system that works under Windows, UNIX, and Linux servers. If your
server uses third party hosting, all you need for installation is access to '/cgi-bin'. You may select file types to be indexed, set index templates and rules.

| Description |
CNSearch search system works under Windows and Unix servers. If your
server uses third party hosting, all you need for installation is access
to '/cgi-bin'. The system is composed of two parts - an indexer and a
frontend. The indexer can analyse one or several web-sites according to
the settings you make. You may select file types to be indexed, set index
templates and rules, etc. There are plug-ins included in this
distribution, which may be used for precise analysis of .doc, .rtf, and
.txt files. The frontend performs a search in the created index file.
Special features of the system are possibility of installation of the
indexer and frontend on different computers and tremendously fast search
in the index file. |

CNSearch - Simple to Install and Maintain Search System for Web-sites.
License for use and distribution
The CNSearch system is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:
1. All copyrights to CNSearch are exclusively owned by the authors -
CN-Software.com
2. You MUST register after the test period of 40 days or less, if
you wish to continue to use CNSearch. Anyway there will always be
a link to the authors' site displayed in the search results page
in trial version. The link is removed upon purchase of the
commercial version.
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
CNSearch on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The
registered CNSearch software may not be rented or leased, but may be
permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms
of this license.
If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update
and all previous versions.
4. The CNSearch unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
distribution of CNSearch without written permission from the
copyright holder. The CNSearch unregistered trial version may not be
bundled or distributed with any other package without written
permission of the copyright holder.
5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it,
with registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites,
see http://cn-software.com
6. CNSearch SEARCH SYSTEM IS DISTRIBUTED"AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and

8. Installing and using CNSearch signifies acceptance of these terms

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
CNSearch files from your storage devices and cease to use the
