| The Foundation Company grants permission to distribute the unregistered version of Brick Break on any media without prior written notice, providing that Brick Break is not modified in any way, and the complete unregistered version and related documents of Brick Break are included in the distribution package. |

| End user license agreement |
The Foundation Company grants a free 30 day license for use of this software, starting from the date of installation, after which time Brick Break must be registered. Under no circumstances may Brick Break be used beyond the free 30 day licensing period unless the above conditions have been satisfied.
You must purchase a separate copy of Brick Break for each computer it is used on.
The Foundation Company is not responsible for any damage to the purchaser's computer system or data and in no event will The Foundation Company or its employees be held responsible to the purchaser for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use Brick Break, even if The Foundation Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. |
