| Description |
Break is designed to help you work more effectively by recording your work times and reminding you when you have been working for too long. Work can be divided into five different categories, with maximum work capping for each category. It maintains a running total to show you how long you are on your computer, and what you do most on it. In addition, Break totalises time at work, on break and away from the computer. The timer can be set from 15-90 minutes to remind you (using a window or any common sound file) to get up and go for a walk, have a coffee, go home, go to bed etc. Text logging, Target time notification, Auto reset, file logging
&
auto boot are also supported. Break is written in Assembly Language for maximum efficiency. |

| Permission is given for all forms of distribution, including CD compilations and Websites. Just keep it in the ZIP file to keep the files together. Once you have evaluated Break then you are required to pay the Registration Fee if you wish to continue using it. How long can you evaluate Break for? As long as you see fit! However, the program will start reminding (nagging) you of Break Shareware status after about 30 days. Registered users receive priority support, but currently all EMails are responded to as fast as possible.
