Intellectual Property
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Cubic Carrot Software. The user agrees to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States including, but not limited to, export control laws. Customer acknowledges that the Beat Monitor remains proprietary and confidential information and intellectual property of Cubic Carrot Software and therefore Customer agrees not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Beat Monitor, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.
Distribution of the Evaluation Version
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (select 'About...' from the Beat Monitor menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products |
