Icon creation has evolved. Use the industry standard to create, extract, convert, manage Windows? and Macintosh? icons like never before. It supports all existing icon formats up to Windows? IconWorkshop is the first icon editor to support creation of the future 256x256 icons for Tiger (to be implemented soon by Apple). A powerful editor permits to create icons using many tools including numerous filters and effects. Once an image is created, add several images formats in one click (automated hi-quality image creation in different sizes and color depths). Use a powerful librarian to easily manage all your icon and library (ICL) files. This is a dockable window (which can be hidden) where you can store, move, copy and extract the files you're using in your work. A file explorer permits to browse disks and work with files (images, icons, programs...). This advanced explorer displays files in thumbnail preview mode. Developped in C++ using MFC, IconWorkshop features a fully integrated workspace. An exhaustive help system has been implemented including getting started lessons, how-to procedures and the reference manual. |

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Tryout Version as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact.
You must distribute the install form of the Tryout Version (you must distribute the original installation file, not the files resulting of an installation).
You are not allowed to sell the Tryout Version (except for shipment and handling charges).
Press is authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk, CD-ROM without permission from Axialis. Shareware/Demo Catalog Web sites are authorized to distribute it as a download file (hosted or linked to Axialis site) without permission.

LICENSE GRANT
Axialis Software ("AXIALIS") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in Tryout version, and any associated documentation ("The Tryout"), as indicated herein.
You MAY: (a) install and use the Tryout for evaluation purpose only during 30 days after the installation; (b) create icons using the Tryout and save them for evaluation purpose only; (c) Redistribute the Tryout by any mean (CDROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you do change the original package and distribute only the original install package
RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) use the Tryout after the evaluation period of 30 days; (b) use the icons created with the Tryout (except for test purpose or if you purchased the full version); (c) sell this Tryout package (except for shipment and handling charges); (d) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Tryout; (e) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Tryout; (f) copy the documentation accompanying the software.
TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Tryout , together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Tryout, together with all copies thereof.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This Tryout and its source code are proprietary products of AXIALIS and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Tryout is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the Tryout and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Tryout other than those specified in this License.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Tryout is supplied "AS IS". AXIALIS disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Tryout.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
AXIALIS assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Tryout , even if AXIALIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price. |
