Image Uploader is a client-side ActiveX control which allows you to upload and navigate through the images on a client computer, make basic image processing (generate thumbnails, rotate), edit descriptions of images and then upload them to a server. It dramatically increases the efficiency uploading images to a server compared to standard

; elements. It can also upload up to 3 thumbnails, so you need not generate them on the server. Non-image files can be also uploaded. It retrieves data to server in standard multipart/form-data format, so files can be handled by any script or platform: ASP, ASP.NET, Perl, PHP, ColdFusion, JSP, etc.

The Software is the intellectual property of Aurigma Inc., and may not be copied except of backup purposes or cases provided by the terms of the license.
Back-engineering of any version of this Software is strictly forbidden. All kinds of debugging, hex decoding, loading into editor or altering of the product for distribution by illegal means will be discovered through active search.
You are not allowed to modify digital signature identifying the Software vendor (i.e. Aurigma Inc.) until we explicitly permit it.
You are also prohibited from distributing the Software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) if the license does not allow it explicitly.
Aurigma Inc. does not response for the site content/results of application work though. In case of granting your rights to another company you are obliged to stop using the Software at all and erase all its copies.
For Beta version

You may not distribute Beta versions of the Software. You may provide links to the source www.aurigma.com. You may not sell beta versions of this software. License for Beta versions will lapse as soon as Release version becomes available for sale.
For Trial version

You may make as many copies of the Trial version of the Software as you wish. You may also distribute them freely. You may not charge anyone for distributing the Trial copy. The Trial copy must be in its original untouched form. No part of the program or documentation may be changed.
For Single Domain Licensed Version

One single domain license grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software with single domain. At that for example
www.DomainOfYourSite.com and DomainOfYourSite.com are assumed as the same domain. This license grants no rights to use the Software on any other domains or sub-domains (neither on the same server nor on another one).
For Single IP Licensed Version

One single IP license grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software with one server with given IP-address. You can use the Software with unlimited number of domain names which are mapped to this IP-address.
