SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AtPresent Software Co. This license describes the conditions under which you may use AtPresent Recorder version 2.0 Pro ("the program").
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
AtPresent Software Co. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the program. A single copy of the program may either be used by a single person who uses the program personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer and used by multiple people, but not both. The program can be used over an internal network, provided you have a license for each separate computer on which the program is installed and run. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the program.
The program is "try-before-you-buy" software. Unregistered copy of the program can be only used for evaluation purposes during the 30-day trial period. If you want to use the program after the 30 day evaluation period you must pay a registration fee according to the terms described in program's documentation. Otherwise, you must stop using the program and remove it from your computer.
Registration gives you the right to receive technical support and use features available only for registered users.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not make or distribute copies of the program. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer the program. You may not rent, lease, sell or sublicense the program. You may not use the program except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
3. COPYRIGHT
The Software is exclusively owned by AtPresent Software Co. and is confidential copyrighted information of AtPresent Software Co.
All rights not expressly granted in this license agreement are reserved by AtPresent Software Co.
4. NO WARRANTIES
ATPRESENT SOFTWARE CO. DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THIS SOFTWARE. THE PROGRAM AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5. LIABILITY
AtPresent Software Co. makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the program. Neither AtPresent Software Co. nor its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or the like), arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license.
Installing or using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
