Assignment Organizer is a task-oriented student organizer for Windows. Assignment Organizer makes it easy to centrally manage your long list of assignments, storing details such as the assignment name, deadline, details and once you've started on it, launch the assignment document straight from within Assignment Organizer.
Assignment Alert will make sure you never miss a deadline. Assignment Alert can be set to alert you of impending assignments when Windows starts and highlight the most pressing tasks when starting Assignment Organizer.
You can hide or show completed assignments, allowing you to keep old assignments for possible future reference without them cluttering up the list of pressing ones. Furthermore you can print a variety of reports for easy reference so you won't have an excuse for forgetting a deadline even away from the desk. |

License Agreement
The following definitions are used within this license agreement:
*"Software"means the Software product, accompanying components and any related documentation.
*"you"means the end user of the Software.
*"we","us"means Happy Tripper Productions.
*"Trial Version"means a copy of the Software that is described as Shareware, Trial or Unregistered within the Software program in the About screen or in any other information screen displayed by the program.
*"Registered Copy"means a copy of the Software for which a Registration Key has been purchased by the user from Happy Tripper Productions, one of our approved reseller or affiliate partners, or otherwise supplied directly to the end user from Happy Tripper Productions and entered into the Software product, and which is described as registered to a named end user in the About screen and/or in any other information screen displayed by the program.
*"Registration Key"means a unique identifier that is purchased by the end user exclusively for the use of the end user for the purpose of providing the end user with a Registered Copy of the Software.
This license is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Happy Tripper Productions. You may use the Software only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you cannot agree with the terms of this agreement you must not use this Software and should promptly remove it from your computer.
This Software is copyrighted material and is protected by English and international copyright laws.
Happy Tripper Productions hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use the accompanying copyrighted Software in accordance with the following conditions:
You may not modify, reverse engineer, reverse compile or disassemble the Software under any circumstance except to the extent that law expressly permits such activity.
You are permitted to use a Trial Version of this Software for the duration of the trial period as specified in the Software program to evaluate the Software to determine if the program meets your requirements before registering it. If you find the Software of use to you, you are required to promptly register it.
Once you obtain a Registration Key for the Software you must not publish, distribute or share the license key with a third party. You should take reasonable precautions to prevent the license key from being obtained by any third party.
For any Registered Copy of the Software:
* For individual licenses you agree not to install or use any copy of the Software on more than one computer at a time, with the following mutually exclusive exceptions:
- You may install an individual copy simultaneously on one computer belonging to your employer, and one computer belonging personally to you.
OR
- You may install an individual copy simultaneously on two computers belonging personally to you.
* For multi-user licenses you agree not to install or use the Software simultaneously on more computers than you have purchased a license for.
We aim to produce our Software to a high standard, however, we do not make any guarantee of the quality or reliability of the Software, or of the compatibility of the Software with the computer or software configuration of the computer on which you install the Software.
Users of the Software with a valid Registered Copy are eligible for free email-based technical support for the Software at the discretion of Happy Tripper Productions.
On occasions we may provide users of a Trial Version of the Software with free email-based technical support for the Software at the discretion of Happy Tripper Productions.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other party for any reason, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, lost of data or data corruption, pecuniary loss or interruption to business arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the Software or your relationship with us.
