| PasSafe is a convenient desktop tool to manage security passwords and user access codes and can be used to randomly generate hard to crack 7 character passwords. The PasSafe database is highly encrypted to ensure the integrity of the stored data. PasSafe can also be used to store other sensitive data such as serial numbers, insurance policy details and other access related information. Web site URLs and email addresses can automatically be linked to the display of a password. Forgotten passwords can easily be recovered by utilizing 1 or more key questions that can be created during setup. PasSafe automatically closes after a period of inactivity and for added security from view by a passerby, does not show the password until a Show password button is used. There is no limit to the number of codes and passwords stored and items can be categorized for convenient retrieval. PasSafe allows multi user access for corporate users and provides multiple profiles to enable departments such as human resources, accounts, sales to independently store their own specific data. |

SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Antares Corporation Pty Ltd ("Antares"). BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
GRANT OF LICENCE - Once registered Antares grants you the right to use the PasSafe program (the"SOFTWARE") in accordance with the applicable version of the SOFTWARE as specified by you at the time of purchase.
The SOFTWARE is distributed"AS IS"and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the SOFTWARE and for results obtained.
COPYRIGHT - The SOFTWARE is owned by Antares and is protected by Australian copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (eg. a book). You may not copy the Product manual(s) or written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE unless permissible under the licensed version purchased by you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Antares makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the SOFTWARE and, with respect thereto, Antares shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the SOFTWARE including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Antares shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLED. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ANTARES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE UNSING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this Agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
