| AnetHelpTool is WYSIWYG help-authoring system for creating Win/HTML/Java Help files, RTF Manuals and Web sites. It provides an easy and pleasant development process, which saves time and increases your help-writing efficiency. Help file developed in AnetHelpTool can be inverted in the set of HTML files for uploading on Web server for the hypertext documentation become available for Internet/Intranet users. It has modes: Runtime and Design. In the design mode you can create and edit your document. The runtime mode emulates real WinHelp environment. It greatly simplifies design since the program is almost fully WYSIWYG and looks like an actual help file. It is also possible to define, which topic must be included in a help file and which one must be saved in a manual. Starting from version 6.0 it supports import of help projects developed in other Help editing programs. |

This is a legal Agreement between you, the end user, and Anet Soft. By using this package you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Agreement. You, the single user, are granted a nonexclusive license to use this software under the terms stated in this Agreement. This license allows you to use this software in your design environment as well as distribute compiled documents. There are no royalties, or runtime fees for such distribution, not any other limitations on the distribution them in your applications. You may only install one registered copy of this software in a single workstation at any time. Use of a registered copy in more than one workstation is against the terms of this licensing Agreement. You are prohibited from distributing a registered version of this software. You may not rent of lease the software, but you may transfer it on a permanent basis if the person receiving it agrees to the term of the Agreement. The software and accompanying documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. Anet Soft will not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to the loss of data, loss of business profits, business interruption or any other reason arising from the use of this software. In no event shall Anet Ltd. liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim. Because some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
