This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal AGREEMENT between you and Sergey Shmakov ("Author") for the software product AllRecall Consul ("Software").
This Software is owned by Author and is protected by international copyright treaty. This License Agreement gives you use of the software not ownership of it.
All copyrights to Software are exclusively owned by the Author.
All rights, which have been not stipulated in the present agreement, are kept for Author.
Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40 days. Following this test period or less, if you wish to continue to use Software, you MUST register.
Once registered, you may install a copy of the Software on a computer and freely move the Software from one computer to another, provided that you are the only individual using the Software.
You may not rent, lease, lend, translate and sublicense the Software, but the Software may exactly and permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license agreement.
The unregistered Software may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the Author.
