Alkonost ContraCopy is a professional software system, that can create diskettes for a copy protected software distribution. It is a tool for programmers for C, C++, VB.NET, Visual Basic, Borland Delphi and C++ Builder. Alkonost ContraCopy enables you to prepare key diskettes using an ordinary 1.44 MB floppy drive. ContraCopy diskettes contain unique information, that is readable only by your application. This
means that every software protected via Alkonost ContraCopy will be have an unique key diskette, that must be placed to the floppy drive when your program is running.
No other hardware or software can make a correct copy of ContraCopy diskettes.
Applications protected by ContraCopy run under Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2k/XP/2003. |

1. Alkonost ContraCopy (For All Licenses):
You must not (a) defeat, or try to defeat, messages in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT which encourage users to register; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (c) or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, or transfer the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any subset of the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
2. Alkonost ContraCopy Standard License:
Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer at a time.
Standard Package includes the software for preparing of any number of ContraCopy key diskettes for distribution of ONE application.
You can distribute this diskettes with your software without any royalties.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased.
3. Alkonost ContraCopy Professional License:
Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT for all developers in the single organization.
Professional Package includes the software for preparing of any number of ContraCopy key diskettes for distribution of FIVE applications.
You can distribute this diskettes with your software without any royalties.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased.
4. Legal Disclaimer:
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
