Only Owner and eSellerate may produce and distribute Alert Me Jigaro License Keys. License key transfer is not allowed, except with the express permission of Owner. Production and distribution of the Software is authorized solely by Electric Software, Inc. Each copy of the Alert Me Jigaro software must be a true and complete copy of the entire installation file, and include the copyright notice and trademarks.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE.
Owner retains the copyright, title, and ownership of the Software and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. Owner retains all intellectual property rights, including and without limitation, trade secret, patent, trademark, and copyright, in the software. |

Alert Me Jigaro Single-User License Agreement
Important: Read this license agreement before clicking on"Submit,"or"I agree", or installing or electronically downloading any Alert Me Jigaro product. Any of the above actions indicates acceptance of, and legally binds you and your company to the terms and conditions set forth below.
The Alert Me Jigaro software, including but not limited to the code, dynamic link libraries, sample programs, and documentation (collectively known as the"Software"), is owned by Jigaro Software and is protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties.
GRANT OF SINGLE-USER LICENSE.
Jigaro Software grants to you, one user (the"Licensee") the non-exclusive right to use the Software according to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Jigaro Software reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
REGISTRATION and LICENSE KEYS.
You may install and use the Software on a single computer workstation. You may also request to install the Software on one additional workstation (for example your computer at work). Any additional installations will require additional purchases.
PRODUCTION and DISTRIBUTION of SINGLE-USER LICENSE KEY and SOFTWARE.
Only Jigaro and its licensed partners may produce and distribute Alert Me Jigaro Software. Production and distribution of the Software is authorized solely by Jigaro Software.

You are not authorized and agree not to sublicense, publish, rent, lease, loan, or resell the Software without prior written permission from Jigaro Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD"AS IS"AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE IS OFFERED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
ANY LIABILITY OF Jigaro Software WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. Jigaro Software SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF Jigaro Software HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GOVERNMENT END USERS.
The Software is provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the commercial computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. GENERAL.
In the event that any provision in this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Any attempt to sublicense, assign, or transfer the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
TERM.
This license is effective until terminated. This License will terminate automatically without notice from Jigaro Software if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination, you shall destroy all the written materials and all copies of the Software, including modified copies, if any.
