The Air Messenger LAN Server is a great investment for companies
that run a large sales force or dispatch centers. All sales people or
dispatchers can send pages through one network computer without the
need to supply each computer with a phone line or modem. The Air
Messenger Server can maintain company wide group and user lists
which can be broken down to departments, detailed message and
transfer logs, and provide you with E-Mail Paging, SNPP and Air
Messenger Client connections. Access number, IP restrictions,
and client logon are added for security control. Requires the
use of Air Messenger Client to use all features but will accept
SNPP connections from any SNPP Compliant Alphanumeric Paging
Software. Client fully support the ETAP protocol for delivery
confirmation and message updating when used with supporting terminals.

LICENSE
We are hereby licensing you to use this Product which is a copyrighted
program on the precise terms set forth herein and to make whatever backup copies are
appropriate to safeguard your operation.
You may install product on no more than one computer at any one time
and may allow no more than one user to run the application at any time. This product may
not be used as a server via LAN, WAN or Internet technologies
that support multiple clients, unless the server version has been purchased, without
express written permission from Internet Software Solutions. You may transfer the
program from one computer to another, so long as there is no possibility that it can
be used on more than one computer at any time. If this is something you need to do,
please contact Internet Software Solutions about purchasing additional copies of the
program and about the network editions of our products.
You may not give away, duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, or base derivative
versions of or re-license any Internet Software Solution's products or any of its
parts. If you want to transfer your copy of the product to someone else, including all
the original disks, documentation and backup copies, please let us know so that we can
change the registration records. In that case, we expect you to erase any remaining
copies of the product that you have in your possession. We encourage you to tell your
friends and associates about the program but to ask them to purchase their own copies.
Benefits of being a registered user include warranty validation, technical support,
discounts on future upgrades and information about new products and services from
Internet Software Solutions. We are dedicated to improving and upgrading all of our
products, and will be better able to do that, and support you, if you respect the
effort that went into developing them.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Internet Software Solutions has spent a lot of time and effort developing this product.
We believe in it, and believe that it will work as we say it will. However, by their
nature of this type of application, this product must interact with multiple messaging
systems, receiver types, modems, other applications, and various hardware
configurations. Except as otherwise provided herein, our sole warranty is that the
program media will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use for a 90 (ninety) day period from the date of receipt by you, and that the program
operation will substantially conform to the description in the product's documentation
during that 90 (ninety) day period. If you have a problem, we will do our best to solve it,
whether it's with our software or with something else. If we can't, we will, at our option,
refund your license fee or give you credit toward other ISS products in exchange. This
warranty applies only to users who have registered their license of this product with
Internet Software Solutions.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXTENT OF OUR OBLIGATION TO YOU. WE CANNOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
WHETHER CAUSED BY OUR PRODUCT'S FAILURE OR THAT OF ANY OTHER PART
OF THE MESSAGING CHAIN. WE ALSO EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE ANY WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO
EVENT SHALL INTERNET SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU
FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION [WHETHER IN
CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE] EXCEED THE
AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE AIR MESSENGER SOFTWARE. THE WARRANTY
AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHERS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. |
