AimingClick gives you a quick online reference, translation, explanation for a word you highlight in any Windows application. AimingClick is a reference book, dictionary, encyclopedia, Web search engine and many other information sources in one software tool. Besides, these sources can be queried by one or two mouse clicks or keystrokes. You do not even need to type a search query. AimingClick captures words from Windows applications. Just highlight a word, hit a hot-key and choose in the appeared box a Web site to search. Your Web browser will open a search result page of the chosen site with results based on the selected word. Also you can assign a favorite site to search it directly by another hot-key.
Our program provides links to more than 100 most popular search engines and directories, online dictionaries, reference books and encyclopedias, news and merchant sites, including: Google, Yahoo, About.com, Ask Jeeves, Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, Cambridge Online Dictionary, MSN Encarta Online Encyclopedia, Columbia Encyclopedia, BBC News and many others.
