Licensing Agreement
When the setup routine starts, a Licensing Agreement is displayed which you must read carefully. By installing the software, you declare that you accept the terms of the Licensing Agreement and the licensing procedure.
Licence Guarantee
proDAD GmbH grants the user the right to use this product for its proper and permitted purpose. This product may only be installed on a single computer. proDAD hereby guarantees to provide a licence key free of charge for a single user. If the software is to be installed on more than one computer, you are required to purchase a multiple licence. It is forbidden to copy the software or the instructions, in whole or in part, unless expressly authorised in writing by proDAD GmbH.
Trademarks
All products and trademarks mentioned in association with this product are trademarks belonging to the respective owners. All trademarks are used here without any guarantee that they may be used freely, and they may be registered trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
The extent of liability for any one claim is limited to a replacement of the product. This applies to proDAD GmbH, all licensees and retailers. Claims shall only be recognised if the software is returned in an orderly manner, together with the returned goods number, as previously arranged with proDAD GmbH. The goods must also be accompanied by proof of purchase. This guarantee shall become void in the event that a malfunction of this product is due to improper use, maltreatment, an accident or improper handling. proDAD GmbH, its sales partners and licensees, shall not be held liable for damages or subsequent damages arising from the impossible usage of this product. Liability is limited in all cases to the purchase price of the product.

The greatest of care has been taken in compiling and translating the product documentation. However, the possibility of errors cannot be fully excluded. proDAD GmbH shall assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the consequences of any incorrect statements or information which the documentation or translation may contain. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PLEASE RENOUNCE TO THE INSTALLATION, WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE ILLEGAL.
Grant of License - proDAD grants the customer a license in the software, subject to the following :
I. USE
"Use" concerns storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the software as one copy on one single computer at a time, either permanently (i.e. harddisk) or in temporary memory (i.e. RAM). You may use at one time as many copies of this program as you have licenses for. You may install this programm on a common storage device shared by multiple computers (i.e. Intranet), provided that you have as many licenses as the number of computers that have access to this common storage device. You may make one copy of the software in machine readable form solely for backup purposes, this copyright notice has to be reproduced on every backup copy. The software is protected by copyright law.
II. RESTRICTIONS
YOU MAY NOT REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, OTHERWISE REDUCE THE SOFTWARE TO ANY HUMAN PERCEIVABLE FORM. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF. YOU MAY NOT COPY THE SOFTWARE ONTO ANY PUBLIC NETWORK, NOR OFFER IT TO BE DOWNLOADED FROM YOUR NOR ANY OTHER SYSTEM.
III. TERMINATION
This license will terminate immediately without notice from proDAD or juridical resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. Upon such termination you must destroy and return the software, all accompagnying written materials and all copies thereof. As result to the trasgressions to the license proDAD is enabled to take juridical steps.
Another reason for a termination of the license agreement is the transfer of the software. In that case you must deliver the software, including any copies and documentation, to the transferee. The transferee must accept these License Terms as a condition to the transfer. In such case, your own registration has to be cancelled from proDAD`s data, and the name of the transferee be told in order to transfer the registration, too.
IV. Limitation of remedies and damages
In no event will proDAD or its developers, directors, officers, employees or affiliates be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,ad the like), whether foreseeable or unforseeable, arising out of the use or inability to use the software or accompanying written materials. |
