| Active WebCam captures images up to 30 frames per second from any video device including USB and Analog cameras, TV-boards, Camcorders and Network IP cameras. The program broadcasts captured content or from your computer or uploads it to FTP server. Broadcasting can be viewed using any Internet browser; no plug-ins or downloads required. The program performs simultaneous recording and broadcasting from unlimited number of cameras. Your camera / cameras can be used as surveillance system. When the program detects motion in the monitored area, it sounds alarm, e-mails you captured images, starts broadcasting, or records video. Live broadcasting as well as recording can be password protected that all video and audio are scrambled and cannot be watched without valid password. The program has features to place image overlays and date/time stamps, adjust picture size / quality, and Pan/Tilt/Zoom control. |

Active WebCam captures images up to 20 frames per second
from any Video for Windows device including Video
Cameras and USB cameras and broadcasts them either
from your computer or through any FTP server. Viewers
can watch real video, not still images like other software
does. The captured video can be viewed using any Internet
browser, no plug-ins or downloads required. Your camera
can be used as a surveillance system. When the program
detects motion in the monitored area, it can sound an
alarm, e-mail you the captured images, start broadcasting
or record a video, which is viewable from internet.
The program has features to add text captions to the images,
to place a date/time stamp on each video frame, and to
adjust the frame rate, picture size, and quality settings.

Starting:

Start ActiveWebCam.exe from Windows environment (by double click in
Windows Explorer for example).
Uninstallation:

1. Click the Start button
2. Click Settings
3. Click Control Panel
4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs
5. Select Active WebCam and click the Add/Remove... button
6. Click the Yes button to confirm deletion
or manually
delete all files in the directory created for Active WebCam
and delete the directory too.
Delete shortcut of Active WebCam from your Startup group (folder).
Run REGEDIT.EXE program and delete key
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREPySoftAct_WebCam
from the registry.

Active WebCam broadcasts live video up to 20 fps from any web camera. The captured video can be viewed with any browser. Also it works as a surveillance system and when it detects motion, it e-mails you the captured images, and records a video.
