| A compact automaton tool to set up and run unattended tasks. ATM helps you to manage your frequent tasks and starts them in background. It starts the .exe, .bat and .com files, shuts down the system and displays text-sound reminders at scheduled moments or manually. The flexible scheduling capability allows you either to set time interval between the consequent starts of a task, or specify exact start times within a day, week or month. You can set a process priority and a CPU affinity mask for a task. Running as a Windows service, this software runs the scheduled tasks even on a logged off computer. The tray icon menu lets you start any task manually. Other applications can interact with ATM via ActiveX Automation. This tool occupies system resources minimally. Ample documentation is also available. |

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and OrionSoftLab with which you acquired the OrionSoftLab software product identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes computer software, and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE, you may not use or copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and you should remove the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from all your storage devices.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
STANDARD SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE.
If you have no the STANDARD LICENSE, see the EVALUATION SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE section below.
GRANT OF LICENSE.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may either be used by a single person who uses the SOFTWARE PRODUCT personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
To access the installed SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a network you should have an individual STANDARD LICENSE for each workstation that will access the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through the network.
You may make a back-up copy of the installed SOFTWARE PRODUCT as well as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT distribution package. You may use the back-up copy solely for archival purposes.
LIMITATIONS.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT registration key is personal and is not subject to transmission to other persons.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Without prejudice to any other rights, OrionSoftLab may terminate this LICENSE if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the STANDARD LICENSE. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
UPGRADES.
Once you obtained the STANDARD LICENSE all future upgrades will be free.

Unlimited product support for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided by OrionSoftLab for any STANDARD LICENSE owner. For product support, please send your requests to our Technical Support Service by e-mail:

EVALUATION SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
This license applies to the evaluation or unregistered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

OrionSoftLab grants to unregistered user of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT same RIGHTS and LIMITATIONS as to STANDARD LICENSE owner, but for the 30 days evaluation period only.
You may, without making any payment:
- give exact copies of this evaluation version personally to anyone, except for the purpose of extending their 30 days evaluation period;
- distribute exact copies of this evaluation version, as through electronic channels, as by any other method;
- make as many exact copies of this evaluation version as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described above.
LIMITATIONS.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not free software. According to the terms above, you can use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes without any charge for a period of 30 days. If you wish to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the 30 days evaluation period you should upgrade the EVALUATION LICENSE to STANDARD SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE as described in the REGISTRATION section of this LICENSE (see below). Edition after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
REGISTRATION.
To obtain the STANDARD LICENSE you should register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The current one-use registration fee is $19.95.
For ordering information and quantity discounts, see the file ORDER.TXT. OrionSoftLab reserves the right to increase the registration fee for any new version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with a one-month forward notification at the OrionSoftLab Internet pages. When payment is received you will be sent a registration key.
OTHER TERMS
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS.
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
ANY LIABILITY OF ORIONSOFTLAB WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
COPYRIGHT.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "applets," incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are exclusively owned by OrionSoftLab. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold, so the STANDARD LICENSE grants you no rights to own the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All rights not expressly granted under this LICENSE are reserved by OrionSoftLab.
