AccelMan is multi-window file manager, integrated with files viewer, GUI console, media player, and bookmarks manager. evaluation version of AccelMan, see the section titled "Evaluation License" below.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove AccelMan
files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of AccelMan may either be used by a single person who uses
the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single
workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of AccelMan through a network, provided
that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all
workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance,
if 8 different workstations will access AccelMan on the network, each
workstation must have its own AccelMan license, regardless of whether
they use AccelMan at different times or concurrently.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program,
or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In particular, there is no warranty for the
optional virus scanning feature (AccelMan does not scan for viruses, it
simply runs external programs that claim to perform this function).
Because of the various hardware and software environments into which

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program was thoroughly

fax or postal mail. For detailed information about ordering refer to
file ORDER.TXT.
When payment is received you will be sent a registration key for your
evaluation version.
Unregistered use of AccelMan after the 21-day for first installation or
10-day for updates evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and
international copyright laws.
