a regular clipboard or to copy text and graphics from files of 40+ supported formats.
AccelClip handles an unlimited number of clips that you can group together. Program's
convenient text and graphic editors let you create or edit clips and files. You can assign
shortcuts to all actions, clip groups and even to individual clips; there is a text search
feature, ability to paste clips and files fragments directly into active applications;
paste any text from MS Office documents to any program (e.g. ICQ or your e-mail client).
Fill Internet forms with only three clicks; print any clips or their fragments; store your
notes and sketches at hand and do much more.

One registered copy of AccelClip may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
There are three kinds of licenses: Personal, Business and Site. Personal license suitable for personal, private, non-profit purposes. If you are planning to use AccelClip in commercial, governmental and others kinds of activity, you need to purchase Business license. Site license may be used both for non-profit and commercial purposes.
You may access the registered version of AccelClip through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access AccelClip on the network, each workstation must have its own AccelClip license, regardless of whether they use AccelClip at different times or concurrently.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
