Absolute ScreenSaver Changer allows you to authomatically change your screensaver, and to run them in a slide-show. You easily can define which screensavers you want to run, for how long and in what order.
Screensavers can be rotated on the fly, withour restarting Windows or even touching a keyboard or mouse.Just touching your mouse runs next screensaver in the line.
This version also could be conveniently accessed from the Windows TaskBar.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ABSOLUTE SCREEN SAVER CHANGER
IMPORTANT NOTICE. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
Icestone Trustee Limited concerning the software product identified above,
which includes computer software and may include printed materials, on-line
and other electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT
provided to you. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise
using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed under two level licensing scheme:
1) Free ScreenSaver Changer - No registration or payment is required.
Under this license you obtain the right to evaluate the program during
the trial period. After this trial period, the application will continue
to operate, however some functions will be disabled.
2) Absolute ScreenSaver Changer - Registration is required. After the
registration is complete, you obtain the fully functional application,
as well as the right for free upgrades to future releases of this software.
There are no time or function limitations of the program under this license.
The following applies to all the licensing schemes:
(a) Software Installation and Use.
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single
computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic
device ("COMPUTER").
(b) Storage/Network Use.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared
or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation,
terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices").
(c) Back-up Copy.
You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for
archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE
PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure.
(d) Reverse Engineering.
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or
disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
(e) Redistribution
Redistribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its entirety is only allowed
provided it is not yet registered, except for the following restrictions:
i) the authors and origin of this software must be clearly stated.
ii) this EULA may not be removed from or altered in a redistributed package.
2. UPGRADES.
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly
licensed to use a product identified by Manufacturer as being eligible for the
upgrade in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Eligible Product"). For the
purpose of upgrade products only,"HARDWARE"shall mean the computer system
or computer system component with which you received the Eligible Product.
A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the
Eligible Product which came with the HARDWARE. You may use the resulting
upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA and only with
the HARDWARE. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package
of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product
package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
(including but not limited to any source and executable code, images, data,
animations, video, audio, text and"applets,"incorporated into the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, are owned by the Icestone Trustee Limited or its suppliers.
You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be
accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective
content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual
property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content.
All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Icestone
Trustee Limited and its suppliers.
4. USE OF ADVERTISING
The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which
will appear during application use. At any time, you can order a
registration-key which will add features to the software and remove the
advertising.
You will be asked to provide the valid e-mail address to ensure appropriate
registration procedure and key generation. This address will in no event be
used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
MANUFACTURER OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE
FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE MANUFACTURER'S ENTIRE
LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT
ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. |
