In this agreement,"You"means the person or company who is licensed to use the Software;"Abidia"means Abidia Corporation. NOTICE: ABIDIA LICENSES THE SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
