| The Program demonstrates local time and date for chosen calendar (Julian, Gregorian, Indian, Ancient Egyptian, Coptic, Ethiopian, Hebrew, Islamic, Khayam, Persian, Slavic-Aryan) for various locations on Earth, number of the Julian Day, number of the day in the year, number of days in the year, local time of Sun/Moon rise/set, Moon age, dates of vernal/autumnal equinox and summer/winter solstice, time and type of solar and lunar eclipses, horizontal coordinates of the Sun, Moon and Planets, as well as holidays and memorial days of many countries and religions of the world: Christianity, Judaism, Islam and Ingleaism. Count of time is possible taking into account Daylight Saving time corrections and the fact that in some calendars (Hebrew, Islamic etc.) change of date happens at the Sunset or Sunrise. The program allows to save calendar with the list of events in HTML document for a year or any month of the year. |

You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the program or any copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying the program. License Agreement
This license describes the conditions under which you may use 7000 Years Calendar version 1.4 ("the program"). If you are unable or unwilling to accept these conditions in full, then, notwithstanding the conditions in the remainder of this license, you may not use the program at all.
The program is owned by the June Calends and is protected by applicable national copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The program is "try-before-you-buy" software. Unregistered copy of the program can be only used for evaluation purposes during the 21-day trial period. Before the expiration of the trial period you must either register your copy of the program or stop using it. Registration gives you the right to use the program after the trial period, receive technical support and information bulletins by e-mail about new versions of the program.
The evaluation version of the program may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the program without permission from the June Calends.
The copy of the licensed version of the program may not be distributed, rented, leased or transferred. A licensed copy is defined as one which has been unlocked with a registered name and key.
Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.
The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the program and for results obtained. June Calends makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the program and, with respect thereto, June Calends shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the program including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. June Calends shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. JUNE CALENDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS PROGRAM.
You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by June Calends.
If your registration information (user name and key) will be found on public resources (for example, World Wide Web), or other persons will use it, the June Calends reserves the right to avoid your registration and remove your key from future versions of the program without the refunding registration fee.
June Calends reserves the right to make exceptions to any of these conditions, or alter these conditions, at any time. However, you may always use these conditions instead of any altered version if you prefer (note that this license explicitly applies only to one version of the program; therefore, if June Calends make new conditions in connection with a future version, you do not then have the right to apply these conditions to that version instead). Installing or using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. |
