IMPORTANT ? READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement (?EULA?) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and biu software, Thomas Trick (?biu software?) for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials, and this online documentation (?SOFTWARE PRODUCT?). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly dispose of this copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
GRANT OF LICENSE. Prior to Registration. This EULA grants you the following rights as an unregistered user: For evaluation purpose you may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT free of charge for 30 days from your first use. During this period you may make and distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that those copies are unmodified duplicates of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and provided that such copying and distribution is made free of charge, and never for profit or for any commercial purpose. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be distributed as part of another commercial product. After Registration. This EULA grants you the following rights as a registered user: You, and only you, may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. This license DOES NOT convey a "site license" allowing others to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or allowing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to be used on more than one machine simultaneously. You may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT beyond this expiration, although you may continue to make and distribute copies for others, as described above.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Without prejudice to any other rights, biu software, may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
CUSTOMER REMEDIES. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supplied "as is." biu software, disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. biu software assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. |
