| License Agreement Sirius Computer Consultants Limited hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use its accompanying software product provided that, Licensee does not utilize the software in a manner which is disparaging to Sirius Computer Consultants Limited Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software No attempt is made to modify, translate,reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Software The license is granted on the following terms:- Single Developer License Allows the use of the software by a one individual for software development purposes. The software may be implemented on as many machines/CPU's as required so long it is used by just one individual for the purposes of software development. The software may also be implemented on a single production server for use within an end user application. If implementation on more than one production server is required then a Royalty Free Distribution license should also be obtained. 5 Developer License Allows the use of the software by up to 5 individuals for software development purposes.. The software may be implemented on as many machines/CPU's as required so long it is used by no more than 5 individuals for the purposes of software development. The software may also be implemented on a single production server for use within an end user application. If implementation on more than one production server is required then a Royalty Free Distribution license should also be obtained. Unlimited Developer License Allows the use of the software by an unlimited number of individuals for software development purposes.. The software may be implemented on as many machines/CPU's as required so long it is used for the purposes of software developement . The software may also be implemented on a single production server for use within an end user application. If implementation on more than one production server is required then a Royalty Free Distribution license should also be obtained. Royalty Free Distribution License Allows the software to be redistributed / resold (in binary form) provided the software forms an integral part of part of your own end-user applications. Source Code License This license grants the right to modify and recompile the source code as required. You may not use the source code as a basis for developing your own software of similar nature with the intent to sell. The source code can only be included in compiled form as a part of your software, and you may not include the source in any similar software as the purchased source. You may not distribute the source code in any way. UPGRADES If a new release of the software is produced then you will be entitled to a Free Upgrade. COPYRIGHT Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Sirius Computer Consultants Ltd. The Software is protected by the international copyright laws. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law.
