Informal License
While the"Formal License"is the legally binding license, please allow me to preface it with this"Informal
License"to explain in plain English what my intentions behind the Formal License are.
If you are not making profit with your PC, feel free to use this version as long as you please without
paying anything (feel free to order the full version with 50 animations if you want more variety).
If you use your PC for profit, then you are required to order the full version after evaluating this version
for 30 days - or delete this version.
How can the program tell whether or not you're trying to make profit? I rely on you to tell your computer.
Would you lie to your own PC? I trust you wouldn't!
Please note: the Uninstaller completely removes the program; therefore the program will report day 1 of
your evaluation period when it was removed and re-installed. While it is technically possible for you to
fool the program, doing so is illegal! While you can fool the program, your conscience cannot be fooled!
Let the pangs of conscience remind you to register!
(Personal note: I hate programs that leave hidden files or hidden registry entries on my computer when I
un-install them. Therefore my good conscience requires me to remove my program completely.
Shareware is based on trust - I trust in your conscience!)
Technical notes: This evaluation version stores the installation date in the registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE; therefore you must have write access to this registry key to install the
program (this is the default for Windows 95 and 98 and for Power Users under Windows XP and 2000;
you have sufficient rights if you don't see any error message during installation). This evaluation version
stores configuration information in the directory where it was installed (and it may fail if you install it on a
network drive and change network access to read-only later on). This evaluation version checks its
program files for integrity.
Please note: The registered version does not keep any usage records.
