IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. By installing and using this software, You indicates
your acceptance of the following License Agreement.This is a legal agreement between you and 123 flash chat server (hereinafter"SOFTWARE").
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. The Buyer's licensing rights are limited to the present licensed version of the software, they don't grant The Buyer any rights on the previous releases nor the future releases of the software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

NON-REGISTERED USERS
Non-registered users are granted a limited license to evaluate the SOFTWARE.
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without charge. And there are a couple of restrictions on what you can do with the unregistered version.
1) The unregistered version is intended for evaluation only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
2) users could lose connection anytime.
If you find this SOFTWARE useful and want to use it without the restrictions, you must make a registration payment. This registration fee will license one user to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on any one computer at any one time. When payment is received you will be sent your own personal registration code.

REGISTERED USERS
The AUTHORS (Daniel Jiang, Joy Wang) grant you the non-exclusive right to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on any one computer at any one time. You may make copies of the SOFTWARE for backup and archival purposes. Prohibit causing or permitting the reverse engineering, disassembly or decompilation of the Products, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. Prohibit use of the software in excess of the total number of registered users, concurrent users, web sites, server machines and other limits as defined in the purchased licence.
The AUTHORS reserve all rights not expressly granted.
2. COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is owned by TopCMM or its suppliers and is protected by China and other countries' copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Therefore The Buyer must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material and not reproduce it except that The Buyer may either:
(a) make internal copies of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes, or
(b) transfer the SOFTWARE internally to a hard disk provided The Buyer keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.
3. DISTRIBUTION
Only the shareware version of this SOFTWARE may be freely distributed, and you must include all files in the original distribution. You are prohibited from charging a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE without written consent from the AUTHOR.
4. NO WARRANTIES
The AUTHOR expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. 6. TERM AND TERMINATION
The term of this license will begin with installation of this SOFTWARE. This license will automatically terminate upon your failure to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, whichever comes first. When this license ends, for whatever reason, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.
